Course Description

This doctoral‑level course examines Strategic Management as an advanced, theory‑driven and research‑oriented discipline. The course emphasizes strategy formulation, competitive advantage, corporate strategy, global strategy, innovation, and strategic renewal, with a strong focus on theoretical foundations, empirical research, and critical evaluation of strategic frameworks. Students will analyze seminal and contemporary strategy literature and develop original, publication‑ready strategic research models.
