The Master of Business Administration and Religion (M.B.A.R.) program prepares future leaders to navigate the complexities of modern organizations with strategic expertise, ethical awareness, and spiritually grounded insight in a rapidly evolving global economy.
This interdisciplinary program integrates core business disciplines—including management, finance, marketing, operations, entrepreneurship, and organizational leadership—with the academic study of religion, ethics, and interfaith dialogue. Students examine how religious values, moral philosophy, and cultural traditions influence economic systems, corporate behavior, and leadership practices across diverse contexts.
Throughout the program, students develop the ability to make responsible and principled decisions that align organizational success with social impact, sustainability, and the common good. Students may select a faith or philosophical focus—such as Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, or Sikhism—to explore how belief systems inform perspectives on leadership, stewardship, wealth, and service. By integrating spiritual insight with business innovation, graduates are equipped to foster inclusive, purpose-driven organizations that contribute positively to society.

This program is offered 100% online (optional), anytime and anywhere, complete you studies from the comfort of your home. All intensive courses are completed 100% online (optional) with a one month format courses.
Students can enroll any day of the week in one-month-intensive-courses and the course ends within 30 days from the enrollment date.
All intensive courses contains reading content and a final exam or a final research based paper.
