This interdisciplinary program combines key areas of management—such as leadership, organizational behaviour, strategic planning, human resource management, project management, and decision-making—with the academic study of religion, ethics, and intercultural understanding. Students explore how religious beliefs, moral values, and cultural traditions shape leadership styles, workplace practices, and organizational effectiveness across diverse settings.
Throughout the program, students build the capacity to make thoughtful, responsible, and values-based decisions that balance organizational goals with social responsibility, sustainability, and service to the wider community. The program places strong emphasis on ethical leadership, responsible governance, and purpose-driven management, preparing graduates to lead with integrity in both profit and non-profit environments.
Students may also choose a faith or philosophical focus—such as Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, or Sikhism—to examine how different belief systems influence perspectives on leadership, stewardship, accountability, and service. By connecting spiritual insight with effective management practice, graduates are equipped to build inclusive, mission-oriented organizations that create meaningful and lasting contributions to society.
