Preface
This textbook introduces talent acquisition and workforce planning as an advanced field of study that connects theory, policy, ethics, and practical managerial judgement. The purpose is to help students understand not only key concepts, but also how those concepts operate in real organizations under pressure.
Each chapter follows a consistent learning design.
