How to Use This Course

This course is designed as a student-facing textbook and instructor resource. It can be used for a 60-hour course, a professional certificate module, or a condensed executive program with adjusted activities. Each module contains readings, key concepts, cases, classroom activities, and knowledge checks. The course emphasizes applied learning rather than memorization only.

Suggested assessment structure: participation and learning journal 15 percent; case analysis 25 percent; applied project 35 percent; final test or reflection 25 percent. Instructors may adjust the weighting to align with institutional policy.
